We have through our partnership with Leicestershire and Rutland County FA developed many home grown young referees. The county FA encourages young referees to wear a yellow armband. We ask that all players and spectators treat all referees with respect remember #NoRefNoGame #RespectTheRef this is grassroots football not the Premier League and all referee's deserve to be treated well.
