An FA Charter Standard Development Club based on the ethos that football should be a sport enjoyed by and open to all, regardless of ability.
It's an honour and a privilege to continue to lead Market Bosworth Football Club. We are thriving with over 18 teams with more than 250 players and 55 plus regular volunteers from coaching to admin, kit to sponsorship, pitch maintenance to tournament organisation. We have junior teams from Minis (5+) to Under 16 and our newly launched Wildcats offering a football pathway to our Adult First Team.
We are proud to be an inclusive and welcoming with player development at the heart of our philosophy and are particularly proud of our Referee Friendly club status. We are committed to upholding the RESPECT Codes of Conduct for all players (adult and junior) players, spectators, coaches and club officials and rely on the goodwill of everyone who visits our Wellsborough Road Ground to ensure that all our teams can play in safety, our referees (many who are home grown) can officiate with the support of all and that grassroots football continues to thrive.
With over 50 years of history in our community we are proud of what we are continuing to build and never forgetting all of this is achieved and run by volunteers. Your subscriptions, sponsorship, the funds we raise at our annual evens are all invested back into our facilities for maximum participation and enjoyment. Check out our social media for our brilliant home team changing room decor and details on our new a fully kitted out ‘Bozzie Bistro’ serving food on Friday evenings (March-October) and weekends.
There is always more we would love to do we are ambitious and have big plans so if you can help in anyway do get in touch there is always space for new hands and new ideas both on and off the pitch.
The future of Bozzie football is bright and its red and black.
